Incubation in egg trays ... lockdown ?

I've been incubating in plastic egg trays with cutouts.
Been manually turning the cartons 45 degrees side to side.
Now approaching day 18 in 4 days. Should I remove the eggs from the egg trays at lockdown, and just lay them
on the floor of the incubabtor or is it ok to hatch in the eggs trays ?

I take mine out , but I think people do it both ways

We leave ours in the trays.....
