In order to help we'd need more info. Along with what was asked, what type of incubator you are using (model and whether it's still or forced air) and whether you have known accurate thermometers and hygrometers in the bator as well.
And what day did the two that hatched hatch on? Are they shipped or local eggs?

Last ten never hatched. It appears that they made it to about Day 13-14

Even 55% is high for most eggs if you are not in a high elevation. I believe I had it at 55% till hatch. I bumped it up to 65% at that point.![]()
