I am on day 23, only 2 out of 12 have hatched. Thoughts?

In order to help we'd need more info. Along with what was asked, what type of incubator you are using (model and whether it's still or forced air) and whether you have known accurate thermometers and hygrometers in the bator as well.

And what day did the two that hatched hatch on? Are they shipped or local eggs?

These were local eggs from a friend who has a line of Greenfire Farm Chickens.
It's now a week past Day 21 and nothing happened. I ended up with 2 out of 12. Not to be gross but I opened some because I need to know what happened so I can correct that.
They are all small and lots of yolk still.

99.5, 65% humidity
Greenfire Farm blood line Is bar's
Last ten never hatched. It appears that they made it to about Day 13-14

65% humidity for the first 17 days? I'm going to assume it's a forced air incubator? What make/model?

I realized that I answered that question wrong. I believe I had it at 55% till hatch. I bumped it up to 65% at that point.:/
