Incubation progress of Muscovy eggs

No idea what happened - but 11 - who was breathing and pecking at his shell this AM, died in the shell.  :(
I'm so sorry, quackers. Does this mean we need to make safe holes for the rest of them? This surely threw a wrench in the gears. Where are the experienced people! We're just a couple of newbies here! Is Kathy still around? What about lacrystol?

That was 11. 12, 13 and 14 are in lockdown, but I don't see any movement in them. I will move 15 into lockdown tomorrow. THEN we wait a few days, and move the next BATCH of eggs that I set all at once into lockdown. I have not candled them in a few days. There are 9 in that clutch.

I haven't been in here in a while, but please explain how you incubated the eggs, humidity, turning, temperatures, incubator, anything pertaining to your incubation. If you've already posted this, please tell me where and I'll be glad to go read it. I am by-no-means a qualified expert, but you can read my initial hatching progress at the beginning of this post. And have hatched a few since.
I have an idea of what could well be wrong, but I need to hear how you incubated them before I give my opinion.

I had actually completely overlooked the australorps when making my breed choices. I wanted buff or ping to and barred rocks...but I am really liking the black australorps. Too bad I can't get any full blooded ones! I'm not complaining though, these have hybrid vigor! Lol.
Which chickens do you have to trim their butts?
Some of my EE's have so much fluff on their butts they need a trim. I just got BA's last year my dads land lady has BA's so she gave me 8 eggs and I gave them to my bantams to hatch. I like Cochins mine are the bantam, now I only have 1 cochin left and she is a frizzle. so cute she looks like a little round ball.with feathers sticking out all over. Hawk got my other bantam cochin about 2 months ago. I like mixes too because they are hardy birds. I have a Light Brahma who is going on 5 yrs old and she is a sweet heart too and very healthy.
