My fiance thought he was helping by turning up the incubator for me...It got up to 109 before I noticed. It could have been like that for an hour or only a few minutes....Do you guys think I should toss them and start over? I am so heart broken :( I paid a lot of money for some of those eggs. I could just cry.

No, dont toss them, put it back where it belongs and candle when its time.
I think you might be surprised

If it was only hour max, then you have a VERY good chance that none of them were harmed. I've had an incubator go up to 106 overnight and they were still kicking inside of the eggs. I've also had it drop down to 70 degrees for a couple of hours, and they picked right back up where they left off when the temp was raised again. They are actually hatching a day late right now because of the drop in temp (ALL of them) but it's better than not hatching at all, right? :)
