Incubator temp too high

My kids and i are on day 17 of incubating our chicken eggs. We've had a couple fluctuations in temp(usually it going a little low), but by candling eggs yesterday we knew they were doing well. We actually saw a foot/claw moving around! This morn i went to check on them and the temp was way up around 110-115 and there isn't any movement. Should we assume they are no longer living?

You've only a few more days to find out. If the internal egg temperature gets over 104F for more than two hours they wont make it. It really depends on how long your temp spiked like that. Good luck.

Wow, that's exactly what just happened to us this morn. We reached 113. I'm hoping there still good.
