Incubator temperatures getting too high

The temperature in my incubator reached 106 degrees. It was probably at that temperature for a few hours. At this stage the chicks inside are too big to really see in. Do you think they would even still be alive?

No way to tell until you candle or they hatch... I have had temp spikes like that and they survived but it was early on... Good Luck! When are they supposed to hatch??

They are supposed to hatch this Tuesday the 12th. I have a homemade incubator, and I have been very successful with it so far, but with the summer weather it has been very inconsistent with temperatures.
