Ok, so I just got some new pics of my pair(?) of CLs. What say you judges? One hatched about 36 hours earlier than the other.

That's a tricky one to sex! Hopefully when they fluff out it and start running around it will be easier. Mine were easy and also darker. The only male had the head spot but also lighter and missing some side chipmunk stripes.

It's way too early in their relationship for them to have drama already! Lol. They'll get used to each other. If she's still a little slow, give her a little drop of vitamins to perk her up.

I'm very excited! Lockdown tomorrow....BLRW! I can't wait! I'm hoping for a good hatch and lots of blues!

:D
Be sure and keep us posted on the BLRWs!
Oh and yes, I've given her a little Nutridrench already.

nice pics as always, thanks for the reference. She is getting darker as she fluffs. So I think I lucked out with a pair.

This is what my legbar chicks look like 95% of the time.

I do see more stripes on the back of my suspected female than the pictures show. I hope its not my old eyes, and wishful thinking. I definitely don't see a white head spot. Oh well, I got a duo anyway. The little one is all legs so far!

Have 4 of my test run turkey eggs pipped.
1 was gooey and the hole cemented over it didn't make it.

The other 3 are trying will see how it goes

I have a hatch!!!

So far I have 4 white legbars, 2 doms, 2 pc's and 1 cream legbar, that I can see. I have the ends of my trays protected with plastic mesh so it is hard to see inside, so there could be errors in my counting.

:clap

Been seeing alot of gooey lately. Wonder what's up!?

I was figuring the wierd weather. Have heaters on 1 day then have windows open. Maybe swinging humidity in house.

But after the 1st one gooed over. 2 have just hatched they came out fine. Chirping up a storm in the incubator

Same here. Some hatching perfectly, some gooey, some not completing CAM development... Odd stuff

Congrats, and hope the good continues!
