You can incubate refrigerated eggs. Those that are NPIP certified are required to wash their eggs before incubation. Google can find the washing instructions for you.
I have some pullet eggs I'd love to throw in there!!!! I usually do wash mine before incubation but I don't do it until the day I set them.

@duluthralphie knows the NPIP egg washing techniques pretty well. I bet he could pipe in here with that info. I only wash my eggs before incubating if it looks like the girls had a soccer tournament in the mud with them first lol
 
1 ounce of bleach in 1 gallon of water.

120 degree water..

dunk the eggs.. clean them.. rinse them..

then dunk in a second bleach and let dry..

The internal temp of the egg is safe until it reaches 117f.. so don’t float the eggs.. just dunk and clean..
