I have 7 pekin eggs coming on Friday. Do you incubate them any different that chickens or quail? I've had great luck with both of those in my brinsea with no changes, hoping to get at least two of these pekin eggs to hatch but would love 5-6!

Incubation should be about the same for duck eggs, but they take longer to hatch. Both in total days of course, but also after external pip, they can go another 24-48 hours before zipping! Sloooooowwww pokes!

I hatched 20 out of 20 eggs my last duck hatch! I had just gotten the new flat turner (it rolls the eggs sideways instead of sitting them up and going back and forth), The thought is that the duck eggs are bigger and taller and they get too close to the heating element in the incubator. A lot of ducks die those last few days because of that. Anyway, duck eggs take 28 days and here is what I did:
Temperature: 99 - 99.5
Humidity: 47-50%
Day 25: Temp is 98.5 and 57% humidity
Day 26: Temp is 98 and 73% humidity

This is according to Storey's guide to hatching ducks. They also suggest that starting at day 7 you should mist the eggs with 100 degree water daily but I didn't do this. Good luck! Let us know how it goes!

All of that is ok, but i incubate at much lower humidity, because I live in an area where it’s already very humid naturally. 30-35% works best for me.

You have already received great advice.... I seem to Really struggle to get much to hatch in the summer.
