Do you ship to Va?

I ship eggs, but if you need NPIP I have not gotten that far yet. I don't know their regulations in that state . I have shipped to Colorado and California, among other states.

I am not sure ,as I have had eggs shipped to me this past month and there is no papers in them .Just the eggs. I do think you have to be NPIP to ship here just not sure how it works.

When I checked I didn't seem them. I will have to go back and look again. That and light brahmas are my main birds for my DP project.

I went to poultry and chose "time ending soonest" and on page one found 24 free range Delaware eggs and then found the Delaware eggs offered by buytheebook on page two.

I found them and messages the seller. Maybe I will have chicks after all

I, too, am a hatchaholic. I turned off my incubators in April, when I wasn't home enough during my (successful) search for a house with property on which to raise my flock without scrutiny. (I've got another thread going in Random Ramblings about that whole process ......) It's taken months to get the property ready and move my furniture and all that bother. So, I've been on the wagon due to external pressures.

But... loading the empty incubators into the car the other night, I felt some real tugging. Gotta incubate eggs pretty soon!

In the interim, I've had broody hens take up some of the slack by hatching little "designer" chicks for me. All on their own, just like that! No intervention from me at all.

But I still need some Speckled Sussex, and maybe a Dominique and some more Plymoth Barred Rocks. Or, more Cochins. Yah, more of them! (Although a bantam Dark Brahma is currently raising her four "designer" chicks; wish I could figger out who the father was! They were definitely HER eggs, though.)

Oh, and Delawares. And I need some Jersey Giants pullets for the JG roosters I hatched last year....

WOOHOO! just checked the tracking, my 'bators got here today!

got the HovaBator 1602 and the picture window 1582, going to wire fans tonight (surplus computer fans), then once I get them up and running it's time to find some hatching eggs. 8)

the 1602 will be the incubator and 1582 the hatcher, so I can stagger hatches if needed

guess it's crunch time to decide on what breed(s) I want my big birds to be. 8)
