Did I really just order about 4 doz guinea eggs from one person and 1 doz from someone else

I had someone want some but I could not resist ordering more. I can sell them right

I got coral blue, lavender and pearls. I need to keep a few coral blue. Maybe I will sell some of the older white ones I have. We will see.

Pulled one egg cause it was cracked right through on the bottom( don't know how I missed that) and out of the 18 left I have 14 that are definitely growing, the other four I dont know yet.

How about some pictures of these guinea DOnna!! I love these birds, just look so interesting, just too loud for me-- even with all my chickens, my farm is pretty quiet . . . and I want to keep it that way. Heee hee.

Waiting for my last batch of BCmarans eggs, 6 I think. Not looking good, today was day 21 but I noticed the incubator would drop to 93 or 95 randomly so maybe just a delay.

And my last batch of turkey eggs are due next weekend. THen I'm done. And will shut down HEnny PEnny and clean up and wait until next year. January right, only a few months away.

Four dogs together is BAD news--that would have me nervous for any of my livestock AND my children. Dogs , otherwise nice dogs, can become naughty in a pack. Kind of like humans.

Hello...I am an incubating addict...yesterday I fell off the wagon and started a batch of eggs in the incubator. 12 Delly eggs. Not sure if I will ever get back onto the wagon lol.


Any other addicts out there?

You really know you have a problem when you start hiding your hatches from your chicken friends. And they don't even come over to your house.

They are cute chicks. .... I am think you have weird taste

They seem to be more destructive than chickens too. They are pecking holes in the walls of the pens, it is some kind of fiber board..... but the chickens never did that, BIG holes too. I need to put that melanin up ASAP or just let them out to free range.

Donna, believe me I'm NOT adding guineas to my menagerie. I'm strictly LF chickens and turkeys and ducks. No top hats, no silkies, no no no. NO. No guineas. No quacking ducks. But I can still enjoy a picture of guineas!! ANd emus!

I need EASY birds. THe turkeys are low key: the three toms cruise the yard in silence, with low toned trills. THey scare most people ! The ducks make a tiny hiss at best but are not likeing to be handled so trundle away as fast as their legs let them waddle out of reach.

Don't need guineas to destroy wall--rottie pup did that one already and never again!! LOL
