India Blue How do there colors change though there different life stages?

Hi, I just got a India Blue which is about 7 Months old, Right now he has brown Flight feathers, Dark baring on his wings and white and black on his face, His neck is a mixture of Dark feathers along with Blue and green mostly green will these turn more blue at some point?

My Jade Spalding is a very pretty PeaHen.

Thanks SO I guess there neck feathers contuine to change as they get older,

I guess this one had got picked on when he was with a bunch of the others at his old place, he has a bald spot on the top of his head and the feathers or what ever there called that stand up on his head are all gone, these should grow back right? Thanks

In most cases the crest is growing again if no others are pick it off. But I have a friend who had the same and the crest was not growing again at all. This could be the case if the picking happened to often over a certain time.

I hope that is not the case, the head is bald in a couple of spots.

How Blue should the Neck of a India Blue Peacock, be, Mine just seems so dark, there are blue black and green feathers all mixed in, I am concerned that it is not going to be blue like I was looking for.

these pied boys are around 5 months old.

Those have much more white but that I am guessing is do to them being Pied, But they also have much more blue on there necks.
