Indiana 2010 Chickenstock-2011 NEWS!!

Stupid question, but is there anyone in my area that could sort of do me a favor? I don't have a car to get to the store and my ride isn't coming down for at least another week (not what she originally promised) and I am nearly out of layer food AND chick starter. Is there anyone near me that could either give me a ride to a feed store or bring me a couple of bags and I could paypal them the money? I am desperate for feed and now I have no way to go get it. I don't want to pay $90 for 2 lousy bags of feed to be shipped when I can go to TSC or Big R and pay MUCH less for 10 times that number of bags! I'm near Williamsport and Attica, not too far, if you can help me, PLEASE contact me A.S.A.P. I'll even buy a bag of feed for your birds for the trouble! Thank you!

Probably so. I just talked to a guy at Kent feed, they have a 27% I really love. TSC does not carry it any longer so I called Kent and they are working with Old Orchard Feeds to get them to get that for me. I just want everyone to know I have been doing a lot of footwork to get Kent back on the shelves. I do not like Purina at all. If you got to Kent's site, there is a store locator. But feel free to call them too if there isn't anything in your area. I spoke with Mike, awesome guy! Right now I am just adding protein to the turkey feed for a boost.

Anyone got unwanted eggs? I'm well...kinda already started but I'm starting a blown out eggs collection!

I currently have around 18 mallard duck eggs (green), 1 canadian goose egg (white and huge!), the first eggs that my girls laid, AND 11 button quail eggs that I didn't break which was amazing

I'd love to get an emu or ostrich egg

and maybe some more goose eggs. If anyone wants to buy some blown out eggers let me know and I'll see what I can do! I love the button eggs!

I hope it is alright if I post this here????

I have a friend building this chicken house for himself, but said he'd build for other people if anyone is interested, It isn't completed yet,as you can tell but what would you guys pay for something like this. Would anyone be interested in buying one if he decides to sell them.

I want one also, I'm just waiting for him to finish and total up the cost, and figure out what he can sell them for. He is talking alot cheaper then what I figured.
