Are you selling just roos, or hens too? I might be interested. I've been considering Light Sussex.

I could possibly let a younger pullet go...but its gonna cost you lol. Its mainly the roo's that need to go, but since they all have a copy of the Lav gene, it makes them worth at least a little something

Yeah, seeing as how the only other Sussex I currently have are Speckled, lol, I couldn't do much with the roos except eat them either! I'd need a pullet to work with, even if it's a young one. The potential is there.

I'll be bringing Silkies, Marans, Speckled Sussex, and some mixed breed Bantams and standards if you, or anyone else is interested. Depending on the price, I'll consider it. I am suppose to be picking up Seramas and Swedish duck hens while I'm there too, depending on how much those are going for. What would you be asking?

Well I'm more geared towards getting rid of them asap. They are bradshaw bloodwith grisham and dingle mixed in. Now I purchased a pair a few months back for 200 shipped for them so they were about 75 per bird. For the roo's I'm thinking 60 a piece....its that lav gene that's reflecting the price. I need them gone soon and my neighbors have been asking me about them because they look very large and they love to grill chicken lol

Also if anyone is intrested I am selling my 1940's leathy/sears farmaster cabinet redwood incubator...600 egg capacity and everything wrks great. I have it on craigslist with pics as well.

Is there anyone who has any of the following birds for sale, if so please PM me. They are for a neighbors little girl who will be in 4-H.
Thanks!

Ancona
Hamburg
Japanese BTW
or Mille Fluer d'Uccle

I finally sold my last 2 hens, stupid dog killed my roo, and I couldn't find another one. Of course, less than a week after I sold my hens, I went to the auction and what did I see? A pair of BTW japanese

Oh well, maybe I'll have them again someday.

Just reposting to see if anyone wants any button or coturnix quail? I can bring eggs, but I can also bring young or young adults. Buttons would be at least 4 weeks old, m/f pairs $10, oddball males (usually $3 each) depends on how many I have. Last year I had oddball males in a box for $10 (4 birds). Coturnix are $3 each, about 4-6 weeks old, as soon as they can be sexed.

I also have the BCM cockerels, looks like I have 6 total, so I can bring at least 4 of them. I also have 3 young EE cockerels. I think that's about it on what I'll have to bring.

I'm looking for:
black/blue mottled/mille fleur/porcelain d'uccles;
silkies other than white (prefer black or buff);
OEGB in blue/black/splash;
golden lakenvelders,
turkeys of any kind;
pheasants (prefer something other than ringnecks, but would consider ringnecks other than the standard color);
geese prefer embdens or toulouse);
partridge bantam cochins if I can get at least a pair, I lost 1 of my hens so I only have 1 now;

and I think that's it
