INDIANA BYC'ers HERE!

Too fast - just to let you know,I don't think you need a permit for a pergola. Not unless you were pouring a concrete foundation for it. Although I guess if you are in Marion County, they probably do. Anything for a a few extra bucks.

I am pretty sure it was you who had posted the outdoor pallet furniture a while back. Well we sectioned off a cut through at the place our stand is and that left a sizable dead space, but stops people walking around back to see what's going on. While painting the fencing I had the hair brain idea of attempting some of the pallet stuff to put in the dead space. Will let you know if it is a success.

If only I could find a missing part from my paint sprayer, life would be so much easier. To heck with this unprofessional hand rolling stuff.

pbirdhaven & Little Amer Mom ~ Are you showing chickens there (or Lebanon)? Our thread members could be your chickens fan clubs. haha And we'll bring some clippers to trim the rooster's nubs or hairy toes or whatever.

Leahs Mom~ For some reason, maybe it's from using a Mac (or maybe it's my own incompetency), but when I've tried that before, all that shows up is this:

What works best for me is to open two windows of the Indiana Thread. I use one window to read posts and use the second one to quote/comment. The reason I do it this way is because when I've just had one window open and have posted a reply, when I switched pages my reply was erased, which is very frustrating. I've also found that it works best for me to read through posts, and then go back and start over again to post. Since the thread moves so fast, oftentimes there is more input about the original post. This explanation is probably as clear as mud.

Pipd, I'm glad Margaret was accepted by the gang. My bantam Bonbon would be fine with the Big Hens since she has no fear, but poor Adeline is so afraid, so I'm still having the two orps stay on one side of the coop at night although I've opened the partition a little. DH says that in the morning Bonbon is walking around with the Big Hens while Adeline hides behind the partition. You never know what to expect with crazy chickens!
EmSteele~ You're probably stressing your hens by pacing back and forth by their nesting boxes. haha The day you don't look is the day they will lay.
