So I haven't seen a funny movie come out in a LONG time, but "The Heat" with Melissa McCarthy and Sandra Bullock is absolutely hilarious! Definitely at the top of my favorite list.

Also, I'm going to be heading to the Peru and Logansport area tomorrow around noon. If anyone is interested in any of the chickens I have available and want to meet let me know. Here is what I have available.
I am looking for white silkie pullets/hens. I'm wanting good quality.

I also have the following for sale or trade.

(1) under 6mo tolbunt polish cockerel
(1) under 6mo silkie cockerel who has just started crowing (either a buff partridge or porcelain colored bird)
(1) 2-3 month old straight comb blue partridge silkie chick
(3) 6-8 week old legbar cockerels (one is poorly colored and thought was a pullet by pattern so I wouldn't recommend breeding for auto sexing but would be great to add blue egg gene for say EE projects)
(1) 5-7 week old rhodebar cockerel
(1) beautiful 8-10 week old naked neck cockerel (May keep him)
(1) 5-7 week old gold laced naked neck chick.
(1-2) 4 wk old buff silkie chicks

Broody update!

Even though mom roosted the last 2 nights she didn't "kick the kids to the curb" like she did the last time she had a brood. She's still been taking care of them.

And - when I went out to be sure everyone was in, she was back on the floor in the corner with the kiddos tonight.
Aww, good Momma!
What happened to Indiana? Where is everyone hiding?

I would love the blue partridge, & the buff chicks, not sure how I would meet up with you tho.
Wouldn't mind a legbar roo, either

I would love to find blue or black silkie pullets.
I'm ashamed to admit it but I'm having DiGiorno pizza for the first time tonight. I'll see how it compares to my favorite frozen pizza, Totino's.

is it the cheesy crust, we love the stuffed crust one

Totinos or the tombstone is usually our favorite.

We go a week from Monday to talk with Dads heart surgeon and have his evaluation.
Have fingers crossed there are no blockages, and can have the less evasive surgery.
Everything I will plan and do the next few months revolves around Dad right now.
I have several Gold Laced Wyandotte hens if anyone is looking, will sell for cheap, they are all march hatches and younger.
I will be hatching them again net year, but have entirely too many hens.
PM me if you are interested.

Good luck at the Drs! Hoping for the best for your dad and your family.
Man I really wish I had your problem and had too many hens! Throwing this out there, but if we meet up for you to take the chicks I have available, I'd be willing to play chicken train for any northern Indiana people that want your wyandottes. I could bring them back up to the Huntington area and meet up there for pickup. If anyone wants the wyandottes get with jchny2000 or myself.
