No it doesn't look like that. This is what it looks like:

And this is when I hit preferences:
Nowhere does it give me the option t go to desktop mode nor change avatar.

That is because you are on mobile. If you scroll to the very bottom of the page you will see were it says "mobile" and beside it "desktop".Click on desktop. Then your screen would look pretty close to what it would if you were on a laptop. Thats why you didnt see what I was talking about. it doesn't show it on the mobile version. Once you get it switched over to desktop, you should see what I was talking about before. Underneath your avatar, it will say replace avatar. Go from there. You should never click on edit profile for this.

minmin ~ Congrats! I can see your avatar! It's a little pixelated/blurry in places for some reason-- the original isn't as much. It's much better than no avatar! Dealing with byc.com through a phone is known to be very frustrating! You were right to think that using the mobile setting was correct-- that's what it's for --mobile devices. But no, for byc you have to use the desktop setting on your phone! Go figure! Sure wish byc.com would upgrade to RWD!! Note to CCCHICKENS-- Thanks for your help!! I know you've had difficulties in the past with posting pics using your phone. Sally~ Good alternative ideas!

Wow what a day! Went to lunch today and noticed car was acting funny. After doing my errands I pulled into work and pipped my hood. Water pump was leaking! My dad and brother are typically my mechanics, so thankfully my brother was free tonight to haul my car back and put in new water pump. Don't have to borrow parents vehicle now! I'm just glad if happened today and not yesterday when Curtis and I went to pick up the chickens!

I'm not close to you by any means, but if you are looking to add production birds. They are on sale at ideal, the black sex linked ones are 1.8 each if 25 are ordered. Maybe a few others could split an order with you. Production birds have a nice purpose in any laying flock when eggs are needed

I hadn't considered ordering yet -- I just figured it was too cold to take a chance having them shipped. If I needed to drive an hour or so for some I'd do that, though. I have some Isa Browns and Cinnamon Queen and really like their production.
