Haha. No worries. The frenchie pretty much has the boston coloring and the min pin is a very poor quality (both to breed standard and health lol) but I love them both. The min pin really tested my patience as she was growing but has turned out to be a great dog. Not the typical yappy and biting small dog. I don't let her get away with it because she's small lol. Winston the frenchie is, well Winston lol. Very stubborn dog but such a personality. He does some of the funniest things. I also have a bouvier des flandres who will be 10 yrs old in a couple months.Oh I was way off!! Sorry

Yes they can look a lot a like. The biggest difference is the ear shape and placement on the head. Frenchies have the bat ears, that are placed farther down on the side of their head. They have the upside down "U" shape. Boston's are placed higher up on the head and more "V" shapedI think the two breeds look a lot alike
Thats what I have been wondering.Because they all started out the same.Stayed in same pen and ate same food. She just didnt get any bigger. And the feathers are sorta brittle. They aren't soft like the silkies. But shes so fiesty always chattering about something. And she keeps Ozzy in line.He lets her eat first and when we open the cage.Shes the first one out.First in line for the veggies and noodles. She has been in the garage the last 4 months. So with this weather probably be quite a few more.Maybe she is a frazzle. They result from breeding frizzle to frizzle. Which is not a good idea. If the people you got the eggs from had a frizzle rooster andpullets it is very possible. Frazzles are poorly feathered just like your girl. Sometimes they act like they are in pain when you touch them, but not always. They can not take hot or cold well at all. Our winters and our summers would kill them if they were not brought inside or given supplement heat.
I am on day two.I am searching the web lol. I dont feel like actually doing anything. Frozen picks stink! Not fun at all. Hope you feel better tomorrow. Maybe the weather people will actually be right and maybe I can get some stuff done. I have a really long mental list of things I need to get done. Now when it comes time to do that stuff I will probably forget half of it. I plan on having a large garden this year, compared to previous years tiny gardens. I want to have lots of fresh veggies for the chickens. I am going to grow all sorts of stuff this year. I plan on trying okra, heard chickens really like it.
I hope you feel better also! I have all sorts of projects too! I am going to be building bee hives, adding 40 feet of flower beds to the back, building deck boxes to line my deck, building treadle feeders to help with the wild bird issues, hauling dirt and planting grass where my plumbing was trenched out to the barn, chicken coop buildout and expanding my garden with a new bed. I wanted to build another raised bed but I'm not sure I have the time with everything else. Anyone have any tips on how to kill the grass where I want my new bed? I don't want to put down chemicals. I do realize I probably should have done it last year, but there was too much going on.
