Sorry about the bad pics!! But if someone could sex the Australorp and GLW that would be awesome!

I think the laced Wyandottes are difficult to sex early on but it looks like a pullet. Can you get a shot of it's backside from above? BA looks boy as those saddle feathers seem pointy...but it is a toss up.

Ok all you hatching experts :) are you tired of me yet? ;) I have 7 chicks out and mostly dry. I have 1 egg that's piped but I don't think made it because it hasn't done anything for several hours and it's wet around the pip. I have several others that I think are piped but keep getting rolled around by the other chicks, what do I do? Leave them be or get the chicks out?

Thank you all for the advice about "Wry Neck". The chick was actually worse this morning but seems slightly better now. She is not eating well and I hav t dip her beak t get her t drink. She's tolerating the vitamin therapy fairly well though. She's very vocal when she's awake. I think I've spoiled her, she is always wanting held! Lol

All that is needed now is the back wall and roof! Then pallet wood for lap siding.
I'll have a complete post from start to finish when I'm done but I can't help myself to post as I go.

Thanks Kabhyper1 for the eggs today, now I just need to get eggs from Brad and they will be in the bator!! I hope you enjoy the Khaki hens. And remember you rooster would have a nice home with lovely girls to run around with if you ever want to rehome him

Thanks again.

Hey guys! So to move my blue laced silver project along faster I am desperately needing a silver laced wyandotte roo. Otherwise I get to work from the roo of a sex link cross. Which means I probably will add at least a year if not 2 to my project. So if anyone has a good quality slw roo or cockerel, exhibition lines, or knows someone who does I'm totally willing to pay top dollar. Also will give you some blue laced silvers free once I get my line going. So help a sister out! Pllllllease! Lol

Hi! New to site and live in NW Indiana in Porter County. I'm excited to be here, to learn from you all and to become a new Chicken momma!
