I just noticed that Meyer's started pullets are vaccinated and beak trimmed!!!! 
I would never want beak-trimmed birds.... and I personally won't allow vaccinated birds on my property. Apparently they're raising them in a typical "factory farm" environment and expect them to go to the same.
Not sure about mypetchicken but likely the same scenario.
Hopefully you can find some healthy birds from someone more local.
@jchny2000 will be doing some hatching this spring. She may have something or may know someone that can direct you to someone that does.
