Howdy, neighbor! Meyer Hatchery, right? I've gotten a Lavender Orp and Blue Ameraucana from them. You're going to love them! My Meyer Lavender Orp, Rooska, is the sweetest little pushy lap hog you'd ever meet. If that makes any sense. This is her last fall, sitting between my mom and I because she couldn't decide whose lap to sit on first.

Yup, I went with Meyer. They're the only one that had what I wanted WHEN I wanted. (I'm a tad impatient, if you've read my chicken math story haha!)

She's so confused.

They are almost as cute with the EcoGlow as they are with a broody mama.

And this one, where Six just about did me in with the level of cuteness she's throwing here.

Yesterday we said Good Bye to "Dinner." I couldn't use him for breeding and just couldn't process such a sweet, calm rooster. He went to live with another BYC member. He's such a nice boy and good around kids, dogs, and other roosters - not to mention very pretty.
