INDIANA BYC'ers HERE!

This looks like a great start, but I would have used woven wire fencing instead of chicken wire (because of 'coons and 'possums would tear through chicken wire in a heart beat) and just tarped the very top or a section inside of it. it looks like a true chicken tractor, what I mean by that it is a temperary shelter not a true hen house.

This is the one I stumbled across a while ago. When/if I decide to make one, I'm probably going to mimic this one. I feel it would be great f I wanted to set up breeding groups. Otherwise, if I decide not to do the whole breeding aspect of it, then ill probably just buy another shed and make it a communal coop.

When I set up my coop& run. Should I dig up the grass or just leave it? Since I will be using a pre fab coop, I plan on using privacy fence on the area around it to block the wind. then welded wire on the rest. I don't want to move it after its all set up
