Thanks! There are 3 tolbunt polish (1 being a frizzle) and a pair of legbars (roo with white spot on head).

Pipd I am so sorry to hear your dog is not well.
I have 2 we can donate. Roosters, that is.

"I keep pitchin' 'em, and you keep a-missin' 'em. Right over your head, boy."

Free rooster to anyone who knows who I'm quoting. Or maybe a free egg. Your choice.

Too Easy, Too Fast, that's Foghorn Leghorn to the little Chicken Hawk setting up the Dog for some prank. You think you are dealing with an amateur? You owe me 2 roosters or 1/2 enough eggs for a breakfast. One for the 10K, one for the quote.

Rhodebar

I'll take one of these. And an Australorp. Show quality only, please.

John your nesting boxes look great!

For my breeding pens I am going to be lazy lol. I am buying 18 gallon totes and cutting a square in it off to one side for the chicken to get in and it will have straw bedding inside. They I have to get some cinder blocks to sit on the ground and a long board to hook the totes on using screwes. Then If I want another layer I just get another board and more totes and after cutting a square in the tote and hooking the totes on I can sit it on top. I found the idea on youtube.

Ok here are some pics of the new chicks. I just took the pictures, they will be a week old on sunday and they still look like they just dried off. They are bantam ameraucanas.

All of them

Splash

Black ( I have 2 others just like this one)

Blue

They are really a lot cuter and have better coloring, but I just suck at taking pictures lol.

And I found this idea and I have a ton of used tires so I figured eventually I might try to make 2 to put on either side of my barn door

Yes I love Corydon too, very quiet & pretty. I'm a transplant from Louisville & kind of a counterfeit country girl lol (well not anymore really) I always wanted to live way out in the country so at 23 I bought 4 acres & took the plunge to Harrison county & everyone thought I lost my mind. Now 12 years later, I'm married with 2 kids, 20 chickens, a miniature horse, a great dane & a cat! Wouldn't change a thing! Hoping I get my 3rd egg today!!

When I read miniature horse followed by great dane my first thought aren't they both the same thing? lol. yes I know a great dane is a dog but they are almost as big if not bigger than a miniature horse....

SallyinIndiana, tried to quote but only could get the last part of your post, not the one about the Bloomington show. The website is www.mcpoultry.com. You can usually find contact information for the shows at poultryshowcentral.com.

Is this the correct site I couldn't get it to open up when I clicked it. My security software said it did not exist.....
