INDIANA BYC'ers HERE!

I got my three chickens this afternoon and got them settled in well sort of. Two escaped and one lost a hunk of feathers to our boxer who apparently can't be trusted with chickens. Anyways got them settled in and went out to check them just now and we already have an egg! I was worried after the commotion they wouldn't lay for a couple days. I have no idea on the breeds.

I think one of my adult chickens may have wry neck. I haven't found any really good articles on attempting to treat this. One article said that you can treat them with terramycian, but a different one said to just use polyvisol baby viatmins (without iron). Thoughts? I have used the baby viatmins before, but not for something like this

I finally got around to shooting some photos of my Jubilee Orpington chicks, two pullets and a cockerel, all hatched about Easter. They are for sale. My farm is NPIP certified and the chicks have been vaccinated against Marek's disease. PM me if interested.

Mommas #3 & 4; These two girls both have at least one chick under them, but neither one will let me get a picture of the baby

I love watching the interaction between hens and chicks, just too sweet.

I've got a little rooster trying to sqwak out a crow at 7 weeks old. Does that seem young to you?
No, and seems like the bantams start earlier if its a bantam breed.

I am from Elizabeth In, about 15 miles from Louisville KY. I have been out of chickens for awhile and wood like to get back
into them. I am interested in OEGB, and Silkie bantams. Looking for breeders near me.
