Indoor Chickens

Hi! I am hatching ONE bantam in my incubator. I was hatching two but I broke the second egg. I want to keep the chicken in my room. Do you think it will be happy in a 20x16 room with the company of a rabbit? It would also come outside to see my other chickens twice a day when I feed and water them! What do yall think?

I have a indoor rooster for sale, RO-Z. He is a splash Silkie bantam. He is a great pet and loves people petting him! I'd like him to go to a good indoor home preferably around Chester county PA, so I can visit him. He is a very beloved pet but we have to get rid of him due to rooster fights.
