You can buy one of those foam coolers for a few bucks then get a light socket abd a 12volt bulb like for a RV then wire it into a wht. get a 12 volt adapter and wire it in to the light and thermostat and you can also wire a car adapter to it also so that way you could run it in the class on one plug and in the car on the other one . you could also wire a 12v ciomputer fan in so you would have circulated air .. the whole set up shouldnt cost over 30 bucks .. the only thing is i dont know for sure if a wht would work on a 12v system or not but if not you could use a central heat control ...
