Infected Ear Lobe

My silkie Roo seems to have an infected ear lobe. It’s swollen, tight and firm. Any suggestions?

How's his breathing? Is it hot to the touch? Is he eating and drinking?

Outside of the very swollen ear lobe he is behaving normally. Not hot to the touch, eating and drinking and as active as he can be in this 102° heat that we have been going through here in Texas.
