Infected Yolk Sac… Help?!

Just to stay clear if any confusion. Yolk sack Infection, is also called Mushy Chick Disease.

Should I tie it off… that doesn’t sound right to tie it off, just thought I should ask. Thank you for your help. It’s really hard stuff and it won’t come off.

I'm not sure what you mean by tie it off?

It should come off. Make sure it gets a good soaking, & the green gunk should come off. Be gentle when working it off though?
Are you using warm water?

I’ve heard of people tiring it off. I don’t know how but I’m sure I could search it up, if you said I should. I hope it comes off. What do it bursts?

You don't want the yolk sack to burst. That'll be bad.

No, I wouldn't tie it off.
I agree with @MysteryChicken it looks like Mushy Chick/Omphalitis.
Hard to know if the chick can make it.
