infectious coryza

I just got some new chickens and one of them seems to fit the symptoms of infectious coryza. I bought some antibiotics and wonder if this will take care of the problem... Duramycin-10. Any help would be appreciated. Btw it is a 6.4 oz bag and was told to use 1 lvl teaspoon to a gallon of water.

Oh yea i almost forgot how would i go about cleaning up the one with matted eyes and stopped up nose?
