Infertile Rooster Issues, Please help.

Hello, I own a bantam hen and a bantam rooster and they are both 5 years old it's the third year I am letting them try hatch some chicks but this summer out of 7 eggs (2 different hatching attempts) none have hatched. Is it possible that both my hen and rooster are old and infertile? Previous years the eggs had always hatched.

Possibly one or both exhibiting low fertility. Older birds I have been babying in respect to nutrition.
