I have 2 Crested Cream Legbar hens covered by a lavender orphington Rooster...what should I expect the chicks to look like and what color should the eggs be when they are grown and start laying...

The legbar hens are barred, and lavender will breed like black, since it's recessive and based on black. So, I foresee a lot of black chicks, probably with some color leakage. Males will be barred and hatch with a head spot. Females will be solid, and have no head spot.
