Information please. What are "bumps" or "bump-ups"?

Yeah, I've been in a situation like that before. Now we can start working on better ways to "bump"

If this means create a "duplicate topic" with the same questions but more information, I wouldn't advise this one. If you're saying to reply to your own post with "Here are some more details and some additional information I found that might help give you a better idea of what is going on.... < more information, pictures, etc.> that is a much better suggestion!

I never really thought about it that way... I meant it like more information.

So... Acceptable is more information, pictures, more specific descriptions, and updates.

so, what if you ask a question and then after a couple of days you post again saying something like "Anybody?" or "please help me out"
is that considered bumping?

Hi,

I believe that would be OK. For an example

If i posted a topic today saying that my chicken was coughing up blood and i never got a reply for two days i would say that is ok. But that's just me.

Maybe next time, you could post an update like "She is still throwing up blood and I'm very worried. CAn anymody help me?" instead of just "Anybody?"

Its ok, though. I know the mods understand when its an emergency.
