Inherited a small flock

Hello!
Last month I inherited my mother's chickens after she moved out of state. So I am now the proud owner of 2 Black Sex Links, "Mrs. McCarthy" and "Elvira"; 1 Silver Cochin, "Zippy" ; 2 Ameraucanas, "Beefneck" and "Meatball"; and 2 easter eggers, "Ophelia" and "Zuzanna".

I have wanted chickens for awhile so I am excited I was able to take them on as my own.

To explain Beefneck’s name, it’s a term that’s a running joke in our family. Since she had the fluffiest feathers around her neck, it’s how we distinguished her from the others. Meatball is also an Ameraucana with a fluffy neck, but to a lesser degree so she’s just a little meatball.
