One of my chicks is sick, injured, and she almost never eats. Here is a description of her current status:

-Became sick today
-Not sure about her age, but she has begun to develop adult feathers
-Unsure about breed, but she has white feathers
-Droppings are watery, usually white or clear
-Almost never eats or drinks
-When she sits, her feathers are always fluffed up, and her eyes are closed as if she is sleeping
-she feels colder than the other chicks
-Her voice is scratchy
-Has a bad neck and thigh injury

For treating her wounds, I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide, then applied antibiotic ointment. To treat her sickness, I used honey mixed with water, which is a natural remedy that I used to treat my other chicken that was sick, and I made her drink it. But I don't think it will work, because this is a different disease.

Does anyone know what disease this is? And is there anything else I can do to help?

If she was injured then she is probably in shock. Keep her warm, either with a light or heating pad... but not hot, warm. Add vitamins to her water. Put some in a plastic soda pop cap and dip her beak in it, while you do rub the back of her head. It often encourages them to swallow. the vitamins will help her. If you can't find any, go to Wal in the pet section, birds, they have a bird vitamin for caged birds, like .99 cents. If she will not drink at all, take a small syringe & needle. Mix water to some vitamins, drawl up in the syringe, pinch up some loose skin and inject the vitamin water under the loose skin. this will help her absorb some fluids and nourishment. Try feeding warm scrambled egg or warm canned dog food, put a small piece in her beak if she won't take anything... then leave her be. Hopefully she will come out of the stress.
