Injured bird advice needed

I just went out to check on my chickens and found that one of my hands is bleeding from the mouth and has a severely swollen crop. I can’t tell if she got into a fight with another hen or if she is sick. Any help would be appreciated

Right now there are only two hens. I had a third and she was killed by a possum. My girls are older. The one in the picture is about six years old.

Is she laying? Does she seem to have problems with your other hen?

She is not laying right now. I don’t expect her to start until sometime in March. She’s never been a big layer. I don’t think she has any trouble with the other hen.

She's probably sick. Don't know with what though. Do you have pictures of her crop?
