So one of my roo’s was recently found like this and I think one of the older roosters or maybe his siblings or mom did this so I moved him away from them. How long do you think it will take for his feathers to grow back

The injuries appear merely superficial and should heal without much intervention. The rate in which feathers will regrow after an injury will vary with each bird; with birds being fed an incorrect diet such as whole corn, one could expect a prolonged time due to the assumed lack of nutrients the bird is getting. In a healthy bird, one to a few months maybe a good guess.
