Injured duck with swollen chest

My female duck recently has gotten a very swollen chest that touches her beak, it affects her quality of life as its hard to eat and drink. Her tail also touches the ground and so does her lower abdomen. Please help.

Could there be air under the skin (a leaking air sac) from an injury to her chest? I will tag @Miss Lydia for more advice on a duck.

What kind of injury did she receive? That could tell us if this is an air sac injury.
