injured eye, nor sure what's wrong

I'll need to get pictures of the eyes but my red sex link has one eye that won't dilate. Her pupil is always small and she has trouble me jumping from and to the roost, most nights stays on the nesting boxes. I don't think k she can see out of it. Can I wash it with anything or put anything on it?
 
Sometimes that can be a sign of ocular Mareks disease, but there could be another explanation. Hopefully it is not Mareks, but something else that has affected the opti nerve. Miosis or pinpoint pupil is one sign of ocular Mareks, and there can also be an irregularly shaped pupil, or gray pupil. Mareks has actually 4 types of symptoms, and some birds only have one or more types. Here is a link or two about Mareks disease:
