Not sure how big it is as you describe, but don't seal it tight if it's deep, often in big wound sutures, there is a drain tube added so fluid can get out. If there's a big flap, clean it up and place it over where it should be, but don't suture together all the edges so to say.

we decided not to do it at all....with the way it is we actually cant....theres not flap...its too big...

I don't think the combination of antibiotic and pain reliever would harm her. I found this on http://www.ruhezuo.com/Birds/939226_bird.htm:
ASPIRIN SOLUTION

Used as a general treatment for reducing distress conditions of birds (fever or listlessness) that accompanies many diseases. Dissolve five (5 grain) aspirin tablets in one gallon of water.

Offer this solution free-choice to the birds for the duration of an illness. The solution aspirin equivalent to 25 grains/gallon or 324 mg/gallon of drinking water. The dosage rate is about 25 mg/lb body weight per day.

Can't answer that one... Drug interactions depend on not only the drugs, but the metabolism of the patient. I woulnd't think they'd interact though since they act on two different pathways/systems.

Good luck.
