Injured Leg (no sign of trauma but not moving) - Is there anything I can do?

She finally pooped again! Makes me feel a little better, but she is still panting, not moving around. Here are some pictures of her poop. She of course turned in a way that she pooped on top of some food she threw everywhere, so you have to ignore the chunkier looking stuff. But it is a orangish/brown color, a little stringy looking, but I didn't see any worms.

Update: She has made it through another night, but she seems fairly lethargic this morning. She is pooping, but it is very irregular, last one was last night around 11 and it was the same orangish, watery. She was eating yesterday morning, but doesn't have much interest this morning. Still not making any effort to stand or move. I think I will try giving her some Olive Oil to see if I can get things moving in her digestive system. Any other suggestions or ideas? Any food I can encourage her to eat?

Scrambled Eggs may not be best for digestion, but they give a lot of vitamins, protein, and if the shells are finely ground up into it they also supply calcium.

She has been eating a mix of crushed up hard boiled eggs, shells, pellet feed, and an electrolyte mix for the last 2 days, but doesn't seem to have any interest in food this morning. I'm trying oatmeal, so far she is refusing it.
