Injured leg Penny

I have a Buff Orp who is 4 and a half months old. A few weeks after I put her in her new home which has a build in run and a coop that is about 2 and a half feet off the ground I noticed she seemed to be walking a little funny. She was scared to come down the ramp from the coop and would jump down for the first week or so. Now her leg is not straight. It turns out where her shank and fluff meet and she limps. She holds it up a lot. Can anyone tell me what might be wrong and what I can do for her?
