The chick does look like it hatched with a little yolk unabsorbed. Most times they can continue to draw it into their body in the first few hours after hatch. I’d advise putting it in a little bowl in the incubator, on a dry paper towel or something soft, so it doesn’t bust it open.

I’d also suggest some rubber shelf liner the next time you incubate, under the eggs. It’s safer than that metal grid. And you can wash and reuse the pieces, or throw them away if badly soiled, which also helps keep your metal grid from getting gross and harboring bacteria.
