Injured Pekin feet/toes

I noticed that my Pekin duck has been walking a bit funky, but I put that off thinking it was because of all the mud from there being so much rain recently and she’s always had issues with one of her legs being turned slightly inward. But today I noticed her sitting away from the others and when I went to check on her, I kinda lifted her a bit to see if maybe she was just sitting on an egg or something. Then I saw her feet. What should I do? I immediately rinsed them off. Is there anything else I need to do?
I feel terrible for not checking her feet sooner.

I can’t get any better pictures at the moment, so I just zoomed in more on the previous pictures, sorry. I’ll try to get better pictures tomorrow

A couple of the toes look like they might be infected.

That’s what I was afraid of and I feel terrible. What should my next steps be or what can I do to help her?

I think a long soak in a tub of warm water, then apply some Neosporin and wrap the feet.

She soaked in warm water and put on neosporin. I wasn’t able to get her feet wrapped, but I made sure she had a clean towel to walk on in her kennel. Here are the pictures of her feet from after the soak
