I was wondering if she had sustained some pecking on her body when you posted the first pics. Do the wounds look okay? You might want to give her a really good once over if you haven’t yet, put some ointment on those wounds, too.

Poor little baby, she got a rough start to life. Don’t be discouraged, though. As others have said, they heal remarkably well and she really is a fighter, eating and drinking still. She will do just fine with you looking out for her. Looks like she might be a naked neck too.**update on injured chick**

If her homicidal mother has a clutch of chicks walking around, once she heals up, which will be probably a couple of weeks, you can try to sneak her in with the others. Instinctively, she'll hang with her siblings and mom.
