Injury in the corner of comb — please help!

My beloved chicken, Nuggie, has a cut right between her head and her comb. It’s not bleeding anymore but has made a little sticky mess on her. She doesn’t seem to act any differently or even care! I suspect it to be from a rooster, as there are no other areas where it could have happened. No one is bothering her and her poop looks just fine. Happened recently, as she didn’t have it this morning. Currently taking a dust bath!

It is very likely a mating injury - she should be fine. How many roosters do you have? Sometimes competition for mating results in this sort of injury.
