Insight to what’s wrong with my hen please!

Hello! I was wondering if this was vent gleet or if anyone had insight as to what this could be?

I’m pretty sure she just laid her first egg. She’s walking, eating, drinking like normal. Haven’t seen her poop yet.

She’s eating layer feed and scraps.

Yes, fruit and vegetables. Today is cooler but it has been in the 100’s.
