I tried melatonin, but it made my glaucoma worse, so no joy there

I can’t remember the last time I overslept

I am happy if (!) I get 7 hrs of sleep, I usually am satisfied with 6, 4 is when I really start getting problems ( getting caught in speed traps

) did I mention I only got 3 hrs of sleep on Sunday?! A friend celebrated her 60. birthday, I got home at 1, went to bed at 2, was so worked up I think I went to sleep at 3 and woke up before 6


that’s why I don’t enjoy going to parties, I would have loved to drive home at 10, but hubby was having such a good time I didn’t want to spoil his fun
