Inspection

We have three hens for the last five years in Phoenix. Unfortunately we have a new neighbor renting next door and he turned us into the city for having poultry. I talked to him and he signed the paper and had it notorized to allow us to have chickens. I got the other neighbors to agree too. The owner of the house next door refuses to sign. The renter agreed but the owner did not. Is there anything I can do? The inspector has come to my house twice and I could not lie. I told him we have chickens. What will the city do next?

THAT IS SO UNFAIR!!!!!!!
I would suggest making a poll and having us sign it because in the end majority rules. I mean I would help you. We should be able to own what ever pets we want. I also suggest pointing out that your chickens will not disturb the new neighbor. I mean it's not like a little pep now and then or ever will bother him.
