Instructions/ video showing how to process the bird...cant find it!?

There was a step by step either pictures or video showing how to cut the bird up. Someone had posted it..... I thought I saved it but now I cant find it!

Does someone have it or know where it is?

I want to make sure I get how to cut out the insides without messing it up... like cutting out the gizzard etc....

Thanks but I had read that one.

The one I was looking for was the photo steps of the actual proccessing.....
it had the guy removing the heart, lungs, crop etc...

but I wound up finding it.... right on the sticky note forum!
