Integrating chickena

Thank you in advance for any advice.
I have four chicken pens. One of the pens is down to one chicken. I am trying to figure out if I should try and move the chicken to one of the other pens or move a chicken from the three other pens in with her.
Ideas?

How many chickens in the other pens?

Putting just one chicken in a pen with others can be hard, because the others may gang up on the newcomer.

You could move the chickens from another pen in with her: add one, wait a day or two, add another, and so forth. Add the last two or three at once, rather than leaving one of them all alone for a bit.
